Raised in The Woodlands, Teresa Sartin is the Team Lead of the Sartin Team. Prior to starting her real estate career, Teresa owned and operated her own business for 20 years. Being a Montgomery County resident for over 40 years, makes her familiar with Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As a born leader, Teresa’s quaint dreams of being an area Realtor quickly transgressed into leading a team of full time Realtors, placing in the Top 5 teams for ten consecutive years. The Sartin team has accumulated many awards over the years such as fifth place in Group Closed Volume, fifth place in Group Listing Units, fifth place in Group Closed Units and, and seventh place in Group Listing Volume all in 2017. The Sartin team was also recognized in 2017 for being in the President’s Circle meaning they placed in the Top 50 in the Market Center. When she isn’t guiding her team to success, Teresa serves on the ALC where she is Committee Chair for marketing. Teresa also co-founded the Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation and serves as the coordinator for the foundation’s annual Talent Show. Teresa has three children Matthew, Megan, and Mason followed by a granddaughter, Jayde.
